My faucet is
leaking from the top of the
faucet?
The solution is simple
and easy, the cartridge needs to be reseated. An

What materials are the faucets made of?
The faucets are constructed from solid brass and stainless steel.
My faucet is
leaking from the bottom?
There are two O rings at
the top of the water lines that HAVE to be lubricated very
well. If enough lubrication is not reached than the lines
will leak from an improper seal.

How tight should I fasten my faucet?
Hans Kristof faucets are
designed for the easiest installation possible. Hans KristofTM
faucets should only be hand tightened. Using a wrench will only
strip the threads and result in your beautiful new faucet to
leak.
What size hole do I need for my new drain or
faucet?
Hans KristofTM
manufactures all faucets and drains to be the standard US plumbing
size. Drains are 1.5” in diameter and faucets are 1 3/8” in
diameter.

What type of wood are the vanities made from?
Our wood vanities are made from solid hardwood to extend the life and quality of your vanity. We never use vaneer or pressed wood.
What kinds of
supports in the wall are
needed to a wall mount
vanity?
Generally a stud that
can support up to 50lbs. or more is needed and will depend on the
width and weight of the vanity as to how many studs you will
need. All wall mount vanities come with all
installation hardware. The only thing you will need to supply
is the studs!

How dark is a
wenge finish?
Wenge is a very dark
brown espresso color.
Our wenge finish products may come in slight variations of color, this image is only meant to present some of these possible color variations. If all images look black, then your monitor brightness may be set too low.

Help! I have
scratched my new vanity, what
now?
No need to worry, a
wenge or natural finish marker can be found at any hardware store.
Just follow the directions and a repair is easily
accomplished.

What is the difference between Sink Support Ring sizes?
Both sizes (Regular and Extra Large) serve the same purpose, giving support to your vessel sink, however Extra Large support rings set the sink up higher and are good for heavier sinks like stone and they are more decorative.
What do I need to
care for my new stone sink?
All natural stone needs
to be properly sealed on a regular basis. Depending on how much the
sink is going to be used, it may need to be sealed every 3-6
months. The sealer is very easy to use and can be found at any
hardware store. After applying the sealer as directed test the seal
by dropping a few water droplets in the bottom of the sink. If the
water beads then you know you have a good seal.
Important: Never use any harsh scrubs or scotch
pads on your stone sink. Always use a gentle detergent and soft
cloth.
How tight should I fasten the drain to my
new glass sink?
The drain should only
be hand fastened. A wrench is never needed. If you
tighten the drain to much when hot or cold water is ran in your
bowl, it will more than likely break. The drain allows no
room for contraction or expansion when water is ran. This is
the case for any glass vessel that you would purchase from any
store.
How do I
care for my new glass vessel sink?
Never use any harsh
scrubs or scotch pads on your new glass vessel. Always use a mild
gentle detergent and a soft cloth.

What is the
difference between a
short drain and a full
drain?
A short
drain is needed if you already have plumbing installed and
just need the top part that goes inside the sink. Short drains are
normally used when you have an enclosed vanity that no one will be
able to see underneath.
A full drain includes the P trap or Bottle trap
and all plumbing that would normally be under your sink. Our full
drains are manufactured to be aesthetically pleasing. Full drains
are used when your vanity is open underneath and you would be able
to see the plumbing.
What is the difference between a P Drain and a G Drain?
A P Drain is for a sink with a built in overflow hole.
A G Drain is for a sink without a built in overflow hole.

What type of bulbs is used in the lighting fixtures?
The Candalabra bulbs that we sell fit most of the lighting fixtures we sell, however if you're not sure you can take your fixture to any local lighting store and they can tell you exactly what type of bulb you need.
What wattage of bulb should I use for the lighting fixture?
Nothing over 60 Watts should be used.

How long will it take for my order to process for shipping?
Orders always process
for shipping within 24-48 hours. A tracking number will be sent via
email.
Where can I
track my order?
Once my order is
shipped how long will it take to
reach me?
Depending on where you
are located orders can take anywhere from one day to seven days to
reach your location. If you are not located within the 48
contiguous states times may vary from 10-20 days.
If I purchase a
Stone Farm Sink how much is
shipping?
Your new Stone Farm
Sink qualifies for free shipping however, the Stone Farm Sink is
shipped via Southeastern Freight Lines and free shipping only
covers the sink to your nearest terminal. If you need the sink to
be delivered to your house an additional charge of $150.00 is added
to your order. If you decide after placing your order to have it
shipped to your house the additional charge changes to $170.00. All
freight orders need to be inspected before the driver leaves or you
leave the terminal.
Can I expedite my shipping time?
Yes, please contact our
customer support team for a shipping quote. All expedited shipping
prices vary on how many boxes are being shipped, the weight of the
boxes, and where they are being shipped to. Customers can choose
from overnight shipping and second day shipping.
