We currently are trusting our shipping to Fedex. We very occasionally use a different carrier for our ground service but 99% of our business is Fedex shipped. Email tracking is automated and when a label is generated for your order the tracking information will be sent to you provided we have a valid email address for you. Check our spam folder for our automated messages on your order status.

Freight items and large orders are sent using FreightQuote.com. They broker the freight shipping to several different carriers to get us the best rates. Contact us if you have any freight questions.

We will ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days after payment has been received unless otherwise stated. Special order or Pre Sale purchases will be placed on hold for merchandise to be received and re sent to you.

Shipping fees will be the displayed amount for all ship-to destinations shown. Purcases are not eligible for local pickup unless otherwise stated or prior arragements have been made with us. We do not ship to any destinations that are not specified here. We would have to quote specific non U.S. shipping destinations based on weight and package size.

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Duties and tariffs are not included and would have to be pre-paid as quoted by the shipping carrier prior to your order being finalized and sent to you.

We do not accept shipping address changes. Address changes are only approved when you have a confirmed return email from us stating clearly that we have indead updated your ship to address. Simply requesting by any message form is not enough, we MUST respond with a confirmation to be approved. It is very important that you use the correct ship to address when you checkout, and we are not responsible for any changes you request after you checkout. Changes MUST be approved.
